Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Methods & Rates We offer various shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, package weight, and selected delivery speed.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Local Pickup (Florida) Local pickup is available at our Florida location. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and you'll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

Fulfillment Partners Some products are fulfilled through our partner Gelato to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Tracking Information Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship 98% of our products within the United States so it is imperative that you double check the shipping status before purchase. Only Gelato items may ship outside of the US and this is not a guarantee.  International shipping is unavailable at this time.
